I build training and education experiences for organizations.

EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE

I currently work as a courseware developer  at CAE, a Montreal-based company with a global portfolio in Aerospace and Engineering simulation training that spans both military and civilian aviation partners. CAE is also making groundbreaking waves in the field of Health and is currently producing much needed ventilators to help Canada and other Countries with the Covid-19 Crisis.

From 2016-2019 I designed, adapted and developed various training materials for the  Nursing Department at the McGill University Health Center. These materials consisted of eLearning, microlearning, instructional support materials such as PowerPoints presentations, job aids, and infographics. The aspect of my work here that I love the most is analyzing complex multi-faceted processes and breaking them down into easily digestible parts. I enjoy turning these processes into roadmaps and easy to follow algorithms.

I had the pleasure of working on a project for the National Film Board of Canada as an educational designer and multi-media developer. Our team was responsible for creating an adaptive educational experience geared towards various target audiences on digital story telling.
